Mondays 3:15 – 6:15 pm, Ahmanson B09 and 501A

Community Radio: How can we engage an invisible audience through sound? How can we disrupt the control and dissemination of mainstream information and cultural content? Through engagement with our local community and hands-on experience in the audio production studios at Otis and the broadcast studios at LMU, students will develop projects that give voice to those whose stories are not heard through mainstream media outlets.  Select radio shows / podcasts will be archived online and broadcast live on KLMU and via Otis' low powered FM transmitter.
